How to clean & replace straw:

To replace straw, carefully grab the pull tab on the straw and pull down to release. Then, gently remove the weight and attach to spare straw.

To clean straw, simply insert cleaning brush from base of straw and push up to clean the inside of the straw. Gently massage in and around the straw, being careful when cleaning the top valve to not tear it.

Do not microwave replacement straws or cleaning brush.
